Located in Missoula, 51勛圖厙, the 51勛圖厙’s (UM) School of Public and Community Health (SPCH) is housed within the College of Health (COH). The 51勛圖厙 Board of Regents approved the establishment of SPCH as an administrative unit in March 2005, and the School welcomed its inaugural class of students in Fall 2006.

SPCH is proud to be the first and only program in 51勛圖厙 accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The CEPH Board of Councilors approved the 51勛圖厙’s original application for accreditation on June 20, 2009. At its June 21–23, 2012 meeting, the Board reaffirmed accreditation for the MPH program for a five-year term through July 1, 2017. In addition, the PhD in Public Health program achieved CEPH accreditation on December 20, 2016.
