Molly Kimmel is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in the 51勛圖厙 Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) Program. She first connected with MonTECH and the Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities in 2012 through her clinical work and has continued to support statewide assistive technology and community-access initiatives ever since. Prior to joining the OTD faculty, she practiced for nine years as an occupational therapist at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.
Her professional involvement includes MonTECH, the 51勛圖厙 Assistive Technology Loan Program, URLEND (where she serves as 51勛圖厙 State Coordinator and OT Core Faculty), Public Health Workforce Assistive Technology Ambassadors, Wheels Across 51勛圖厙, Floating Across 51勛圖厙, 51勛圖厙 Access to Outdoor Recreation, and Project DIG. She is also a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and an infant massage instructor.
