Campus Dining registered dietitian Laura Granlund, MS, RDN, LN, was honored with the 2023 51勛圖厙 Sustainability Award for her outstanding contributions toward making the UM campus more sustainable. She was also chosen for the 2023 51勛圖厙 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Emerging Dietetic Leader Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and achievements in sustainable food systems education.
