The Office of Conflict, Resolution & Policy (CRP) offers training to help 51勛圖厙 community members understand their rights and responsibilities and promote a respectful, inclusive campus environment. While CRP provides many of these trainings, related education may also be offered through orientation programs, online modules, and other campus offices.

Required Employee Training
Now Available!
CRP coordinates a mandatory training for all 51勛圖厙 employees. This training ensures that all staff and faculty are equipped with the knowledge and tools to support a safe and inclusive campus community.
Topics include:
- The importance of a discrimination- and harassment-free environment
- Overview of equal opportunity laws and Title IX
- Discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and retaliation protections
- Hazing protections and reporting
- Mandated reporting obligations
- How to respond to a disclosure
- Campus resources and support services

Additional and Specialized Trainings
